Name: Neon
Known as: ‘The Brightest’, ‘The Standout’
Age: 23
Height: 6”3 / 190cm
Weight: 89kg / 14 stone / 196lbs
Aim: To be the best.
Goals: Be better than everyone else.
Drive: A true love for the art.
Favourite Wrestler: Randy Orton from 2003/4
Who inspired you: I tend to look at young wrestlers that work abroad as a source of inspiration; Jay White and Will Ospreay at NJPW stand out. Randy Orton during his earlier WWE years was a huge inspiration to me growing up and what I’d like to eventually develop into as a performer.
Number of matches to date: 2
Best match: None I'd brag about.
Debut date: March 5th 2016 at All-Star Wrestling’s ‘Most Promising Newcomer’ exhibition.
Neon is the opposite of camouflage. Not here to hide amongst the rest, he is here to stand out with a unique look coupled with height and an athletic build.
Having started training at the school in August 2015, Neon has developed his skill-set under some of the most technically sound trainers in the country. Yet to competitively debut outside of training, he is hungry to catch up with other students and will attend Lance Storms ‘Storm Wrestling Academy’ in Canada for three months this summer with the aim of returning to Brookside’s to overthrow the schools more experienced players.
Once back in England, Neon intends to follow some of his fellow Brookside’s School of Wrestling students and breakout into the British wrestling scene and do what he does best: stand out. From then, the sky is the limit, but you can be sure his future is bright...maybe even the brightest.
